Healthy Cubs is a health access program that provides free outpatient health care to children ages 0-5 and prenatal care to pregnant women.
The program is designed for uninsured residents of Stanislaus County who are low and mid-level income families at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
The Healthy Cubs Program does not include hospitalization, emergency services, or services offered by non-contracted providers.
Patients or their parent/guardians will be required to complete an application for other programs such as Medi-Cal if it appears the patient will qualify.
You must have approved HCUBS eligibility in order to be seen by a Practicing Provider or be expected to pay a deposit before services are rendered.
The Goal of Healthy Cubs is to have healthy babies and children.
